1. Booking & Payments

2. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation by You:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour for a full refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Us:
- If Egypt Reisen Tours cancels a tour due to weather, safety, or unforeseen events, you will receive a full refund or alternative booking.
3. Travel Requirements & Responsibilities
- Passport, visa, and health requirements are the traveler’s responsibility.
- Egypt Reisen Tours is not liable for denied entry due to improper documentation.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended.
4. Changes to Bookings
- Date/activity changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the tour.
5. Liability & Safety
- Egypt Reisen Tours acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers.
- We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses during tours.
- Participants must follow safety instructions from guides.

- We do not share information with third parties without consent.
